Depression

Why?

Why me?

I don't understand.

I wake up, only to feel as if I'm a monster.

Not to others, but to myself.

I don't want to hurt anyone else, only to help them.

I look in the mirror and began to scream.

"You are ugly, you are fat. You are worthless."
