Depression

Depression,
A feeling Not like any other,
The Loneliness; The Fear; The Anxiety.
Wallowing alone.
Surrounded by people who do not "see" you,
the feeling of wanting to be alone but needing someone .

Those who do not suffer from Depression,
Do not Understand; Telling you to Move on.
Telling you not to think about it.

It is Not easy, as Thoughts flood your mind,
as Memories flash before you.
The tears welling in your eyes.

Thoughts of self harm, feeling like you are a burden.
Watching as everyone around you moves on,
Feeling like you are being left behind.

Praying my Heart will soon stop.
to keep these feelings Locked away.
No use in telling others.
as i Smile at them, wishing for my Life End.
