Depression

why would you condemn yourself and

say other people are perfect, when doing the same task?

Why would you have moments of happiness but more of sadness?

how did you know you needed help?

how

how

how

how does your brain, your frontal lobe, repress a memory so far back that it fogs up your brain that you feel so sad, that you think of nothing
