Deep, deep down
In the deep blue sea
The waters appear not so blue
They flow in darkness, with cold empty sensations
No sorry soul wishes to sink here
Deep, deep down
In the deep dark sea
No life lines down there
In the depths of the abyss
For fish fear this danger zone
Although some do swim beneath
Out of destruction or choice
They swim aimlessly, glide motionless
With no purpose in mind except to exclude the harsh ways of the world.
They strive to hide deep down
To hide their face
To hide their sadness
And to sink their pride
For pride no longer exists
The tears of pride no not show
Deep down, for they are unseen by darkness
Water washes them away
They are hidden
Their character
Their soul
Their salvation
Compares to that of the deep, deep, down
The deep, dark sea.
