Depression and Anxiety
As I sit here I think of my past
I think of all the abuse, how I was hurt, how scars were left behind
I think of all the depression and the anxiety that follows me everywhere I go
If you really feel like it , it’s kinda like your swimming
Before all the pain n stuff come into your life your one of the best swimmers
Nothing could stop you
Now there’s depression, anxiety, name calling, scars and all the hurt running after you
You try and run but for some reason you can’t move
You stand there and try and take it all and being strong
And now your drowning and you keep on drowning
Farther and farther you go down
You try as hard as you can to swim up but yet your still getting pulled down
There might be that one day
That one day that is actually good
Your actually able to surface
Just enough to get a breathe of air
You scream and scream for help but no one can hear you, all they do is walk past
Now you have been pulled down for good
The depression and anxiety drown you
There is only one way to escape through it
Not everyone agrees with it
Sometimes things just have to be done
Im sorry but I really need to go
