Depression taught me

Depression taught me,

When you’re going through troubles

You can’t depend on anyone but God

Depression showed me

Weeping may endure for night,

But JOY comes in the morning

Depression taught me that my pain was just preparing me for a break through

A spiritual break through

Depression taught me that a smile doesn’t mean you’re not going through anything behind closed doors

Depression taught me how to be alone

Depression taught me how to build STRENGTH in myself

Depression revealed how strong I am

Depression taught me to have FAITH

Depression made me who I am today

I affirm

Depression isn’t always negative

Or doesn’t always have a negative impact on your life

Depression taught me that you never know what someone is going through

Be motivational

Give someone a hug

Let someone know that you’re here for them

Talk to someone who needs a friend

Depression is the epitome of my spiritual testimony
