Depression vs Your Centre

Depression is not just about being sad

Depression finds a way to get to your centre

Your centre is what keeps you stable and your mindset healthy

Money can't buy happiness depression even affects the wealthy

Your centre is not your heart, There's a much deeper meaning

Your centre is more like what motivates it to keep beating

Your centre provides you with an undescribable feeling

Your centre is what allows you to keep healing

Your centre is what makes every individual unique

Depression makes even the strongest people feel weak

Your centre is filled with an energy to keep you going

That energy may be leaking without you even knowing

As your centre slowly drains, you get sucked into this pit that makes you start weakening

Not knowing how to heal, that pit starts deepening

As you're falling down that pit, you start to lose feeling

Countless hours of crying and staring at the ceiling

Your centre protects your heart and now your heart is screaming

Your centre is gone and your heart starts bleeding

You're at the bottom of the pit trying to get back to the surface

Trying to find a way to heal your centre trying to find your purpose

Depression is no joke, it needs to be more known

If you're feeling this way, just know you're not alone
