Describing Love
If I could come up with the words
It would be hard to tell you my feelings
‘Cuz it feels like there’s something stuck in my chest
Like a kitty has gotten my tongue,
I’m so afraid you’ll say no
You may have said yes once
But you mean alot to me
And even I may not be there right now
I always wanna be right by your side
So cuz I already know my feelings.
I’ll confess
Would it be more to say I love you,
Would I be kinda extra sayin you’re all I have
Would be kind of weird that I was into you meaning
That would it be weird to say I was crushing on you
‘Cuz it feels like the worlds feels so much bigger around you
And that it feels like I’m havin’ so much fun wich you
So don’t go cuz
It feels like you could be
My world, a universe
Shining so bright I can not see
‘Cuz even if I, brought all the stars together
They couldn’t match your brilliant smile.
Is it a little too much to say I’m extra
To go thru all of this
Cuz its obvious when I’m around you
That you’re the only one I’m thinking of.
We may be opposites
With you hating stuff I like
And me not knowing some of yours
Or
Even when I’m weird
And you are chill
With all the strange I bring
Like magnets I wanna attract
Up against your shoulder
Leaning by your side
Like the force in life
Where equal but opposite create
A start, a beginning
Where it starts with you
Ends with me
What I’m tryin’ to say
Is that would let me be right
By
Your
Side.
But if you have to go
Then go i’ll still be here
Ready to be there when you need
A shoulder
A friend
Or anything in between
Like a foot for some damn reason
Who gives
I just want you to be happy
To be smilin
Cheek to cheek
Like always
