The Desert Queen

Upon my travels, as almost by chance, walking slowly amongst the gravel, I spotted her, the desert queen; a gaze of true romance. Her eyes were a cool azule soothing to the senses. Her lockes blew in the breeze; it made me cool. Then she whispered something and giggled, lustfully accepting my advances. Her crown of orchids tipped to the right, our lips met with the hot sun warming us. I knew from that moment, I felt the grace of true delight, underneath the blue skies and ancient canyons, the color of rust. My throat was parched but she quenched my needs. I thought I was seeing a mirage, however my heart is what really leads.
