Deserted

I try to put on a brave face,

Say I'm strong enough not to need anyone,

But I fear most being

Alone.

Give me the one man I love

More than any other,

More than he loves himself,

And I can do anything,

Stay sane in this daydream-

Nightmare-

Of a vacation,

Stranded on a deserted isle.

Deny me necessities,

I'll survive

Only if you let me keep my heart

Which he holds in his gentle hands.

Let me keep my soul,

Which has melded with his own.

Shipwrecked and washed ashore,

All I'd need is mon amor.
