Deserted Soul

As I lay in the scorching sun

All burned and without any fun

My body weakens and begs for tunes

Music is the thing that without, I'd go goons

My life revolves around a series of notes

Keeping me breathing and acting as boats

I'm always afloat when it blasts in my ear

It kept me alive when I wanted to disappear
