Desires & Sinners
Shhh… we must whisper when we say this.
This is for you my regrettable desire
This is for the Love I thought we could’ve had
And the love we never will have
This is to the forgotten kisses
The ones stolen between breaths
This is for the dancing starlight
hidden in your galaxy filled eyes
This is for the future that I saw blooming
Like a fresh morning rose petal
This is for you my regrettable desire
My passion burned a steady and ruthless fire
While yours’ slowly dwindled and died
This is for the ashes been blown into the wind
That are filled to the brim
With broken whimsical sins
I would’ve given you my heart
My regrettable desire
But you would’ve never accepted me as your friend
