The devastating effects of sexual assault

I can't look at myself as a whole person because I feel like wherever I've been touched without permission is gone. I hate my wrists from where they held me down. I hate my thighs from where they pushed them apart. I hate my fingers because they made them tremble and they haven't stopped. I hate my feet because they didn't help me run away. I hate my mouth because of what they stuck in there and for not screaming loud enough and for keeping quiet after being threatened. I hate my eyes for seeing what I had to. I hate my arms for not being able to push them away. I hate my chest because I feel like it makes guys look at me and see nothing but property like those guys did even though I didn't have a chest back then. I hate my ass and my vagina for being vulnerable. I hate my hair because they pulled it til it came out. I hate my mind because it reminds me everyday of what I am not. Being sexually assaulted is the reason I am no longer comfortable in my own skin.
