The Devils Eyes

The Devils Eyes

That’s a frosty way to speak

To tell me how to live your dream.

I believed in you

So you should believe in me.

Like fire I tried,

I bled into the night,

I died I tried

Beyond what’s left of your potpourri.

I felt the rush

Something in the dark

I tried, I tried

To save you from

The Devils eyes.
