A Diamond In The Rough

Me

A butterfly flying through the wind, with  clipped wings

With dreams for the future but no inspiration, so i make my own, be my own, my own personal friend to tell everything to and do everything for, the one to make me happy

Me

A canvas slowly creating its picture with colors of emotion, such as green the color of the soft grass you sit in to feel comfort and think, like you did with the ice cream you ate when u had your first heartbreak

Me

A book with damaged pages. So damaged that you can't read them, but only see the beauty of its cover and wonder about the story it holds inside
Me

A mind with many ideas that have no chance of being tested out, so they're trapped in the mind, like secrets that are promised not to be spoken of

Me

Determined to be heard, and understood by a society that discriminates against each other, by saying they're nothing like us, freak!

But I, I am unique and undiscovered

A Diamond in the rough
