Diamonds
Ladies, I have a question !
Why is everyone trying to be a DIAMOND?
Why is everyone trying to be something so RARE, so BEAUTIFUL, so UNIQUE.
Yet, We are comfortable climbing a mountain never reaching it's peak.
We're comfortable with Make-up,
A voice but never speaking up,
Heels six-inches high, Grades just to get you by.
And we think we winnin by havin alotta friends and showing too much skin,
But Diamonds need Beauty, Diamonds need Attention and Diamonds always feel like we Have Somethin Missin
But see Diamonds shine without light even when it's formed out of sight 100 hundred miles below the surface just to get it close to perfect
This Diamond was once a rock
Unpopular, Lame No where Near Fame
Never the first choice by guys because I didn't have thick Thighs
Never fit in with the crowd because I NEVER saw the point in trying to make rocks proud
This Diamond is thankful though for the struggle, hate and Strufe
It produced a Diamond with the classiest life.
