The Dichotomy of Me

My emotions range

and my feelings change.

Full of laughter;

Light and airy.

Full of disaster;

dark and scary.

I never know what will come tomorrow.

Will I be glad or full of sorrow?

Will I stay or will I go?

Will I be the same and keep the status quo?

My life is strange

And I need a change

To save myself from this deadly game

So that nothing will ever be the same.

But is who I am really all that wrong
Or is this day just too long?
