did not match

Did not match
Looking through the rear window of my life
Now I understand I fell too short to become
your beloved in your measuring stick of love.

You loved love, which is not spoken out.
As I opened my mouth about my love
my eligibility for your love decreased.

You believed in love, which is only rewarded.
You wanted me to run fast to win your love.
but what you wanted was your trade secret.

On the contrary love to me wasn’t trading.
To me love was a wonderful imagination
a free flow of desire and passions.

Hence, your never spoken terms and conditions
Didn’t match with my imaginations of love.
So you smiled and walked out of my life.

I moved on my pace u ran faster and went higher
I tried to meet it tried to match it but the ground around you
Was hotter than fire...
I love u a lot u loved me more it seemed
Marriage was the question

I froze like the ice man tho Ik u meant it
I would love to get married but it's way to early
I just think we should think it out
Before we never make it out
I think we should test the waters
Before we break the leveys
