Didn't Know It

Dear Girl,

You were on my mind for days and restless nights

I wondered if your thought and mine mirror

In my mind, perpetually love and fear fight

We grew apart but I wish we were nearer

Because I can't stand you being with him

Because I can't stand you not get perfect

At this point, our chances are worse than slim

Missing you, and hoping we intersect

Why couldn't you see my obvious love

And why couldn't I jst make a damn move

A long lists of love and you always come above

I gave you my heart what else is there to prove

I'd be good for you and I could show it

You broke my heart, and you didn't know it

From, The one you shouldn't have let get away
