Difference

A man and a woman

they met when young

on the playground where they played

they grew to love one another

but one day things changed.

They grew apart

conversations got shorter

silence got longer.

People saw them as two

instead of one.

They were in different worlds,

different people than they were before.

How did this happened they wondered,

only one thing could explain it,

their differences.
