Difference in My life

Growing up I needed love

I tried to find it from the man above

Nothing seemed to fill the void

Being alone to heal the pain

Growing up I felt ashamed

Being molested as a baby

Made me grow

Once the age of 16 hit

I knew my life would change quick

I started to glow

Because I had my life back

As a child I was trapped

But I finally took it back

Knowing how to grow

Makes glowing easy

I forgave the man that hurt me

Now I’m ready to save me
