The difference in your eyes.

They are deep blue,

like the blue in the ocean,

they used to sparkle with excitement,

they used to shine like the moon,

now they are dull,

like a wind on a cold day,

your passion is gone,

the difference in your eyes scares me,

the blue fades into black,

the way your eyes flutter away from mine,

the way it used to be,

the difference in your eyes,

hurts my heart,

they look at me with disgust,

they act like they want me to leave,

I miss the blue in your eyes.
