Differences

The hood I'm wearing

The clothes I'm bearing,

Is it a crime to walk the streets?

Targeted because of the color of my skin.

Judge by the stereotypes that my kind provides.

Odious words sent my way,

Am I not apart of the posterity?

Trying to reticent,

Only cause more problems.

The tirade sent towards me.

Why was I targeted?

Is it because I'm black?

You saw me as a threat.

Well not too many people see,

A young brother trying to make a life out of a life.

I  am not timorous,

You can not hurt me.

You can not kill me,

Why?

Because I'm already gone.

Gone because of an accusation.

I'm not gone by my decision.

It was adamant.

It wasn't a err.

I was misunderstood.

Miscalculated

Misjudged

Blurred.

I was indescribable.
