Different
What do you do when you wake up one day and realize you aren’t the same?
You aren’t fantasizing about boys, dressing up, and playing the whole relationship game.
Do you try and blame someone for the differences and other fantasies going on inside your head?
But whose to blame for this preference leaving you crying and wishing you were dead?
Do you blame the God you previously sanctioned?
A God making you who you are but simultaneously saying you’re an abomination.
How do you deal with this darkness and suffocating pain?
Do you close yourself off, lie about who you are, and hide from the shame?
Is there really any shame at all in deviating from this societal norm?
Wake up and realize all love is the same love there is no need to conform.
The only shame is being ashamed of the way you were born.
