Different
What is normal?
I'll travel down this broken road
to inform you
the root of all power
in our souls
aspire to be something
with no where to go
criticizing those who find a different path
are you normal
how will you know
are we defined by the style of clothes
or the lifestyles we choose
belittling those who have different views
when we can't deal with our own issues
I was born different
and people stare
because I am short and in a wheelchair
six broken bones when I was born
they would never know as I take the world by storm
Don't be torn to be someone new
Don't let words bring you down
making you change into someone you don't have to
we are all different
a generation of imperfections
that create a mirror
with images that are beautiful appear
human beings we are one of a kind
open up the gifted mind
placed upon you
Don't be afraid of different
at the end of the day we all are
Making up a universe
of unique shining stars
