different, but love.. is the same.

I see a child that laughs and smiles.

Unique

Smiles from cheek to cheek

but theres something different about him

Is it a bad different?

no, i see him as his own person

When he learns a new song he jumps in joy

not to interested in childrens toys

But there is one thing that I see

he can love the same as me,

He loves his new shoes,

he loves his new cards,

He loves the sunshine,

he loves to sing

And that means everything to me

he may be different,

but

he can love the same as me

This poem is about a Special needs child I had met, and he had melted my heart about how compassionate he was about the little things in life. He loved just like me.
