Dig A Little Deeper

Dig A Little Deeper

Judged

Not good enough

A teenager’s worst nightmare

Fear of not being accepted

Maybe a mask will help?

I’m done hiding Dig a little deeper

And you will see

The girl who I am really meant to be

Fun, energetic, proud

Don’t forget also loud

No more trying to fit in

Just the girl I’ve always been

Voluptuous, curvy

And just a little flirty

Putting others first

Even when I’m at my worst

Confident

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

I am beautiful
