Dimmed Candle

Our mouths have heavily spoken bonds that were made, but were broken. Promises are strong, yet weak because most of them we can not keep. Only the the divine can uphold true word but to most ears, it is unheard. The candles we hold up high for the earthly things and pride will mean nothing when it comes Time. Only one and the One; is the One whose word is true when all is said and done. The words of the people disappear, and that is when the Time is near. And the torches of the candles will dim for they will be cleansed of their sin.
