Diploma

Within the piles of paper, I am here wondering what to do I say, I'll do it later, But I do realize I realize I am procrasting too. I need to memorize these formulas And I also need to memorize these customer's orders But I must not cross my own mental borders. I desire for that 4.0 To my dismay, And disarray, I wake up and say, uh oh Because I forgot to write that essay. I must do my best And not worst For this is my quest But I am not getting much sleep. And I don't get much by counting sheep. As my eyes are weary, I think about my packets. And I feel my eyes become teary eyed Because my brain is filled with racket But no matter what obstacle blocks my way I will strive for another day For I promise to myself To get that diploma
