To Disapear

In this world We experience The extraordinary For me, this was a man Who offered himself As a perfectly shaped canvas To create scenarios and phrases That I never thought even possible To posses, meditate on, and breathe- Daily Taken to the moon and back, I was swept up in a starry disillusion That the world could become my canvas Love could be expressed In endless possibilities Pain could become your strength Just from the words you put forth He taught me everything it meant To express, to want, to love... Only for his entire being- his canvas To disappear Everything he taught me, Everything I was used too Just gone I slashed the pages where my words, Our words, Used to flow so perfectly Oh how the ink glided So seamlessly from beneath my pen Now all that's left Is an empty Unused space Where he once was My love has fallen And my inspiration, Well it followed him
