Disappointment

There are many times where a parent can screw up

But there are also chances for them to make it right.

The disappointment builds like change in a cup

I wish I could forgive her with all my mite

It is so hare to live

With this sadness that she brings.

I wish she would learn to give

Me the love that makes me want to sing.

It is coming to the end

And there is someone else that is not a wannabe be.

She will help me mend

And unlike her, she wants to be my mommy.
