Disaster Girl

I've always been the little girl in the corner, Writing songs and stories in my folder. I never thought I would be anything more Than that, but then I found a link with much in store To show the world to me. It was like being free. I could never be the same I knew As soon as I walked in. I found some kids playing games Pretending they were royal or famed. My attention was caught by the one in the back, A boy thrown in a ball in a river, and left. I decided I would have fun, Just kick the ball one time, one. Well, just then, the boy broke out and went, "Noob, Ima kill you, kill you 'till you're dead!" So naturally the little girl freaked the hell out, Accepted a game invite, left without a sound. And that's why I'll never forget how I met you. The little girl was also kinda scared of the boy Saw another girl who she thought used him as a toy. She didn't say a word because he liked the other very much. And someday she realized she liked him, and wanted to tell him such. So she stood by about a week, The other girl glaring, making her nearly squeak. Then one day, the boy came back to play. That was what she thought before she saw where his heart, broken, lay. The change in him scared her, he seemed so vulnerable. For the first time she told him, as soon as she felt able. He calmed down with the help of her friend And started what, in a month, would end. She and he remember the night differently. Despite it all, they both found it quite lovely. But for some reason the girl started having so much doubt. She thought up a way to find him out. She doesn't remember. She forgot. But for him, the same case it's not. She just remembers they broke up. He remembers they broke up over the work he did. She's not sure if she was sorry the next day, If she meant to apologize, she could never say. When she came back, on his head was a cat. "A replacement." He said. Well. That was that. For two thirds, three forths, almost the full of the year The little girl wasn't sure to hate him, or hold the boy dear. He disappeared for a month, it worried her so. How much it affected her appalled her, though. She was forced to leave on the affairs of another. It had nothing to do with him, but it bothered her. There; Would that be how he'd act? There; Isn't that how he'd react? The thoughts, they drove her crazy. Until reminders everywhere grew hazy. Then I remembered something I made for you A website, from January 22. One message I thought would never be read. One message I thought never recieved when I pressed 'Send'. I didn't know the system. I didn't know That it alerted your email. Back to the site you go. Your response apalled me once more. I'd never seen you so emotional, so passionate of anything before. This was completely new to me. What could I do but react as usually? Admitting secrets to each other, Slowly went away the bother. Everything came naturally Everything went by casually. A few words were said; "I love you." Unfortunately, from me; "I love another". Back at the beginning again Roles switched from when You and the little girl met But is that little girl any more? Now, another is gone, the fantasy all false, it was. And why recap all of this? Because. This is our story. This is what makes us. These are shared experiences that shape us. I'm sure I'll love this coming day, And even more I love you the same way.
