Dis+connect

A Phone that's dead a disconnect Just for a day or two, It's what I've had not so bad, Quite just what I should do. And though clear not intended I still felt sure suspended By prayers sharp-shot had been—I felt and knew. So now that it's been mended Receiving what was sended I write fast-formed short verses here to you. The beauty of what last-sent though Lies above where I can tread now So I leave you with this simple thought instead: E'en when man marks a bent-road He carries strong my lent-load And co, coccooned, lie I safe here in my bed.
