discrimination is

Discrimination's like a snake, it's teeth in poisoned prejudice, causing ache. Discrimination abolished all warmth and spirit and returned with a new hate relishing its pain brought never thought of halt. Hey discrimination's the new law stony and steel and square without feelings like a window frames of the hall in court. I wonder where the white's purity all gone. Tears and fears now the norm in the name of discrimination, now gladly has gone kicked out hard, square and fair..yet it left a hole in everyone's hearts. If i had a hammer i'd break down the walls of discrimination and if i had a match i'd burn down the prisons of punishments and pain. racism?? There is just one human race no matter what form of face.

Hi, I am writing in connection with your above account on this website "http://www.powerpoetry.org" under the username "jazzy.canales16", where you have posted a poem "DISCRIMINATION IS" on "Sat, 10/06/2012 - 15:31". Your whole poem, except for the last 3 lines, have been wholly plagiarised from my earlier poem, "'Discrimination Here's You Come And Go", which I originally published on "http://www.poemhunter.com" in August 2008. It appears that you have taken credit for my work and passed it off as your own, without my knowledge nor permission, thus misleading others as to who the rightful author is.As the original author and rightful owner of the poem, your actions are an infringement of my intellectual property. I request that you cease distribution or use, of my work and all relevant copies, with immediacy, and that you desist any future infringement of my copyrights. In addition, I request an apology as clarification of who the original author of the poem is, and that you notify any in concern who could have been misled by your misuse of my work.Failing which, I reserve all rights to take legal action. Regards,Jixin Gao
