Disguised Love

A broken heart that never healed, open wide with loss of shield
It fought and lost once before, since then it's learned to shut the door
A prince is glory in a princess' eyes
Don't reveal your mask and your sick disguise
Your fibs and scams all shined like gold
They're shallow and ruthless and wreaked of mold
You life us high just to tear us down
But regardless the frog I still wear my crown
You came around and shined new hope
Accepting my soul with room to cope
Solemness and graditude seemed around
Unknowing i'd surely hit the ground
You were a prince, so it appeared
To my broken heart that never healed.
