Dishes

You tell me to do the dishes.

You  tell me to clean my room.

Constantly.

You tell me "Be nice to your little brother".

I never am, but I still listen.

You tell me "Don't forget to pray"

Every. Single. Night.

You tell me stories.

You tell me that you love me.

You tell me that i'll always be your baby girl.

You tell me to help you carry the groceries.

You tell me to go to bed.

It's late.

You tell me things that no one else would.

You tell me.
