Distance

Please
The air makes it hard to breathe
But I still breathe for you
But you don't see it
I take all the time out my day to let you speak
But you dont see it
I make sure however you're feeling, you're heard
But you don't see it
I ask questions so you are distracted from the pain
But you don't see it
Seeing you smile makes my heart skip a beat
But you don't see it
Everything you hate about yourself I admire
But you don' see it
I've been only about you from the start
But you will never see it
Distance has been my biggest fear and I'm just scared to lose someone again.
So please, just open your eyes.
