Distance

Sometimes if the night is dark enough, And everything that is not Invisible Reflects into your eyes Because a single brave little rock Shines through the nebulous veils of our planet Sometimes if it is cold enough To make you feel An absence of The heat of a body, of a heart I wonder, If we wanted it enough, Alone and cold in the dark, If distance would lose meaning, If our souls would intertwine, If we could see each other's reflections In the moon.
