Disturbed Innocence

Legs numb, hands clench, mind confused, Heaviness outweighs the chest, Darkness covers open eyes, As the figment doesn’t rest, Booming music becomes white noise, Pain is silent through the veins, Unfamiliar moans and groans start to annoy, Tears flow down cheeks like a drain. A naïve mind finally thinks “Stop”, But the mouth can’t speak when the tongue’s in fear, Emotions are now on top, And life is nothing to care. Body still pinned, stomach pounding, No one to hear, no one to help, Time on standby as the walls are jumping, Hopelessness introduces itself. Shame and regret walk through the doors, Innocence leaves and is nowhere to be found, Lust and degrade comes together like fate, And with this happening the soul will be forever bound
