divided we stand

at this time of great unrest

our nation stands

divided

in a civil war of prose

snowflakes and nazis

aliens and terrorists

little do our people know

pride comes before the fall

that muslim you deem terrorist

is your neighbor after all

pedro at the grocery store

is a legal citizen, therefore

please refrain from calling him

an illegal alien, furthermore

the ones you mock

who have views that don't match yours

guess who are citizens too?

and not really foreigners

and even if they were, who cares?

as long as they work hard

the american dream belongs to all

so hold all in kind regard
