Divine Women

Excuse me sir, I know you won't listen to these rhythmic words that Im trying to spit And only If I wore a few less clothes like I stripped Then you would sit straight in your chair and I would get no dismiss But because I am who I am And I speak wise with my lips Because when I pass my hips dont shimmy they dont switch You think Im just average Not a pin in a haystack I dont stick Out like the rest and I dont beat on my chest Or force you to understand my intellect cause it might take a sec But this influential knowledge that I use when I speak Is just one side of me I have many you see Susan B. Anthony, Angela Davis All refused to be blind, to open their eyes You see we are divine, highly inclined, interestingly unique With a strong heart and mind When will you realize that we are running out of time They call us these chauvinist names and think that its fine and imply that its fine because these women are out belitting their selves and shaking their behinds Resign from your position of ignorance and Fall into line Divine women we rise Me and you, you and I
