Divorce
And they were so big,
she’s just a little girl.
Living a tough life,
with no joy or whirle
Her eyes speak of pain,
her smile is but a frown.
Her childhood is lost,
and happiness
It is nowhere to be found.
She wakes up each day to a
Reality so bleak
Her heart is heavy,
her spirits feel low
She works for a way out, but
She doesn’t know where to go
The world has been cruel,
it’s taken all she has
Her dreams shattered,
her hopes dashed.
She’s trying to survive,
but the pain won't go away.
