DO I REALLY WANT TO BE A PRINCESS

I wonder when the prince is coming for me

He rides his horse with so much majesty

When he comes to save me, what will we be

Hunger begins, hurry I need food in my belly

He calls my name once he reaches the tower

Racing up the stairs to find a locked door

This door holds my freedom, which weakens my power

Find the key I scream; prince charming I call for

Finally, the key is found, our love can begin

We arrive in town, celebrations are all I see

Once the ceremony happens, our families will be kin

What a wonderful princess I plan to be

I thought this was what I wanted

But there’s no free time for me to be me
