Do not fear the night

Do not fear the setting of the sun

Do not fear when darkness comes

Do not fear the howling wind

For with each night, a day begins

You can shiver in your skin

O’ museum of bones

Try to cover all your sins

Though someone always knows

Catch your tears in your palms

To write your own history

Your failures and qualms

And title it “your victory”

Do not fear the dark

Though it’s shrouded in mystery

For it takes merely a spark

To find your way back to me
