Do You Feel Free?

When in the course of human events,

it becomes necessary

to treat humans

like humans

and dissolve the political

and racially prejudice bonds that drive

a heinous wedge between us.

We hold these truths to be self-evident

but,

we struggle to see them,

that all men

*and women

are created equal,

just not treated with equal respect.

They are endowed by their

Creator,

but robbed by their peers,

of certain unalienable rights such as

life,

liberty,

and the pursuit of happiness.
