Do you Know How it Feels

Do you know how it feels, to be called a bunch of hurtful names? One minute you’re making fun of someone because of the shoes they wear then the next minute you are calling someone else Caillou because they have little or no hair. I bet you it didn't hurt for all those words to come out your mouth. How did it feel for you, because for the receiver of those disrespectful, hurtful names,no longer feels like a human being. Do you know how that feels? To have rumors go around about you because you mistakenly sent a nude picture of yourself to someone who said they would show nobody but weeks later that nobody turned into everybody!  Or what about being blackmailed over a topless picture and you being forced to give a “show”? Do you know how Amanda Todd felt , cus now she’s up there. Sitting with God. Do you know how it feels to to have your middle school friend text you, they need a way out of life!? Please tell me you know how it feels other than being the big bad guy, the predator, the troublemaker, the bully.

Has anyone ever told you how it feels to take a cocktail of different pills that are never supposed to be taken together!?  Does anyone know how it feels, to have the rigid part of a knife slice into your skin, and how it feels to watch the blood leave its only true home!? To drink bleach to rinse down those words that brought you to the ground! To have that 9 millimeter pointed towards your a head and..... BANG, all your problems are solved.

Do you know how it feels to tie a rope around your neck? to be dangling from that same rope with your face turning the color effects of name calling, bullying and blackmail? That same rope strangling making it hard for you to breathe, until you can no longer breathe. Do you know how it feels to walk into my school bathroom, and to see a dead body hanging from the ceiling. You must not know what its like to be his parents crying night after night, because they know their child will not be coming home another night, another night.

You should never have to know how it feels to be a victim of such terrible actions. In fact you should never know what it feels like to be a bully of any sort! The only thing a bully is doing is making people make a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Lives are being lost before diplomas are being written! That has to change and that starts within ourselves. If you are on the same page with me, the least you could do is speak up to that friend who is going through some stuff, and promising them that you will have their back, when everybody else seemed to do the opposite because they never knew how it feels. So now tell me, do you know how it feels!?
