Do you miss me now?

I crack my brighest (and whitest) smile

while you crack open your (5th) beer,

he puts his arm around us both

as we strike the perfect pose.

Life of the party, that's how we're known

Can't leave the house without live tweeting from our phones

You purse your lips together

and bat your eyes real big

almost as if he can hear you say

"I'm doing better without you"

I don't need your attention anymore

Can't you tell from the all the likes I've gotten?

One boy replaced by 100 followers,

Imagine how 1,000 makes me feel

Real people

replaced

by strangers who pop up on my phone.

Please don't take away

the filters on my phone,

and please don't let my followers know

about the emptiness concealed

by the smile I forge
