Do you see me know?!?
You spit me out and chewed me out….
The little girl you once knew
Never knew the sight of light
But the pain of another.
I should’ve known that you
Would be so cruel
A man without a soul.
You tortured the innocence inside
Of you
Who tried so hard to reach you?
Instead you possessed your anger
And created the
Demons inside another.
Are you happy now!?!?
The child you tried so hard not to claim.
The legitimate child who you presented
As the illegitimate child for years
As front!
You say you love her
But do you really?
You love the family that you adopted more!
All I would like to think is the woman
That possessed your mind is poisoning your mind,
That’s why your acting the way you are.
Instead of being her play-boy manikin.
You pretend like I don’t exist with your amateur words.
How does it feel as though you haven’t claimed me?
You still tell me you love me.
But
Are you still telling me the truth?
Truth lies within the actions of another.
Are you still my father?
Or
Just another man in my life……
I just needed to know how you really feel about me.
As though you once told me you were a
Scared little boy closed off by the darkness
Of your fathers
But you still do the same.
The difference is you didn’t leave me like a scared little boy.
Instead you left me a scared little girl.
Never shedding the lights of her fathers
But
Only the darkness within them.
How do you expect me to forget the
Dangers you put me through.
You chewed me up and spit me out.
The scared little girl you once knew was
No longer so afraid of your big bellowing words
That always kept me from never going to the heights you
Ever thought I could.
You allowed your devil on your shoulder to become your reality.
How could you?
You allowed her to cloud your judgment of everyone, even me!
The one true legitimate child,
who has cried out to you for your
help time and time again.
I would cry out in joy, to the day the trumpets scream
She’s gone, she’s gone.
Gone from our lives
From existents,
Like thinness in the air
That becomes simply nothing.
My wonder was to it was,
Does she ever cloud,
Your judgment of me
To you
Or
Even to your own children?
