Dolls

Heartbeat, Heartbeat/ Long since dead and cold/From all the years of being sold/ Piece by piece by heartless hags/ That turned silky blood into breathless rags/ A broken doll has stood before you/ But now I see one broken too/ Porcelain flesh chipped under pressureScars of pain that are much fresher/ Broken, Broken/ Upon your breath/ Sweetest words of consolation/ Broken, broken/ Upon my breath sweetest words of confirmation/ We broken dolls will stand tall now/ Hand in hand to break the walls down                                                          Original work by Alexia Lamb All Rights Reserved
