Don’t Deceive Yourself

Don’t deceive yourself

Why even think that things will be better

What made you feel that you can handle it

Never did I tell you that here is your chance

I only showed you his face

It wasn’t the time for romance

Why even ask me to show you if there’s any soulties that needs to be dealt with?

Where you even thinking about the prayer when I showed you ********?

This is a stronghold that you held so dear

But you have to let go my dear

Let go of the emotional ties that you have with him

Let go of your false imaginations of love

Don’t forget it’s not you it’s them.

You can not put yourself in spot

It’s dangerous when ur not his wife

Loving a man whose already taken

Will cost you a lot.

You desire to be loved but first you must learn to love yourself

You want to be respected

And cherished

Let’s just start dealing with self.

You are a Queen stand strong in it

So why settle for less when there’s so much more I want you to have please don’t forget.

Don’t deceive yourself to believe

a lie

Why don’t you try Seeing beyond your emotional ties.
